In the early 80's, Activision rewarded skilled gamers with patches or "insignias". Each of their games had their own unique patch. Details on how to earn a patch for a game were inside the instructions booklets.
The following are the patches that my sister and I earned back when the Atari 2600 and Intellivision were still the two main home video gaming consoles.
